Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (As of January 1, 2024):
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 45 years
Relaxation in the upper age limit is available for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories as per Himachal Pradesh government rules.
Essential Qualifications:
– Assistant Manager: A second-class degree from a recognized university.
– Recovery Supervisor/Office Assistant: 10+2 with 50% marks or a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline. Candidates with a diploma in computer applications or cooperative management will be given preference.
Selection Process
Written Test:
– The written exam will include objective questions covering reasoning, quantitative aptitude, English, and general awareness (50% focused on Himachal Pradesh).
– Negative marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
Viva/Evaluation:
– Candidates shortlisted in a 1:3 ratio based on their performance in the written test will attend an interview/evaluation (15% weightage).
