- ₹49,000 + HRA (for Master’s Degree holders)
- ₹54,000 + HRA (for Ph.D. holders)
Eligibility Criteria
1. Essential Qualifications
- Doctoral Degree: Ph.D. in Food Science & Nutrition, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics, or related fields.
- Master’s Degree: Master’s degree in a relevant subject with a 4/5-year Bachelor’s degree. Must include:
- A minimum of 60% marks or equivalent GPA.
- At least 3 years of research experience, demonstrated through fellowships or associateships.
- Publication of one research paper in a Science Citation Index (SCI) or NAAS-rated (≥4.0) journal.
2. Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in conducting clinical trials and developing new products.
- Skills in advanced food processing techniques and laboratory instrument handling.
- Knowledge regarding plant protein isolation, food chemistry, and nanoparticle application in food.
- Ability in statistical analysis coupled with strong documentation skills.
- One year’s experience in human intervention studies.
- Proficiency in English, MS Office, and the willingness to travel to field locations.
3. Age Limit
- Maximum age: 40 years as of the interview date.
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/women candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
